The first of a series of 3 “Selves”. The idea started out with people who knew and loved Marvin throwing leaves into his river, which cleaned the water before rushing downstream. After some thought he realized he’s going to forget someone, and decided to use characters/actors/literary and imaginary folks and others – anyone who had a positive influence on his life. He used to say to people as he was explaining it that included are the holy Trinity of Jesus, Buddha and Superman. There are 2 of our kitties, as well as Hermes of course. And Paul Bunyan. And me.
