Galileo, Copernicus and Tycho Brahe. The interesting fact Marvin imparted to me about Mr. Brahe is that he wore an artificial nose after losing his in a duel. Rumor had it that he actually lost it to syphilis. He had noses for every occasion including gold for fancy celebrations, but mostly wore the more comfy leather nose.
I do have some of these guys separately, but the triptych is best. This photo is kind of dark because it’s one sent to me by a customer, – it’s matted in a light grey and is under glass so I couldn’t tweak it very much without showing all of the reflections. The ones I have on hand are all matted in white, I think.
